Shipping & returns

Free shipping within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €75. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Each order is handcrafted with care and securely packed for shipping. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a track & trace link via email. Large moss artworks (over 100x100 cm) are delivered by our own service or a courier – we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Delivery time – Mosschilderij.nl:

The delivery time is shown for each product and is on average three to ten working days. Need it sooner? Collection in Asten is possible. If you would like to make use of this option, please send an email to [email protected].

Custom made pieces and moss artworks with a frame may have a longer lead time, as they are made specifically for you.

Not entirely satisfied? Please let us know within fourteen days at [email protected]. We are happy to think along with you to find a suitable solution.

You can return standard products within fourteen days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and include the invoice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The shipping costs we incurred to send your order will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom made products created specifically according to your wishes cannot be returned.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. You may also return your order in person at our showroom at Florapark 14 in Asten.

Please note:

• Discounts and promotional offers are only valid during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

• ECO moss boxes and untreated loose moss cannot be returned. This is also noted on the product page.
