Our moss walls are made from moss that is no longer alive. Since the moss is no longer living, it requires no water, light, or care. This makes it completely maintenance-free — ideal for any space.
The moss is fully preserved using dye and natural salts. This preservation technique ensures that the color is deeply embedded in the moss. The salts help "mummify" the moss, so it retains both its shape and color.
The salts used in the preservation process give the moss unique properties: it is antistatic, insect-repellent, and fire-retardant.
