Once your moss artwork has been fully handmade and passed our quality inspection, we carefully prepare it for shipping. Each moss artwork is packed using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and without damage. Because a moss artwork is an exclusive and delicate natural product, we give extra attention to secure packaging and reliable delivery.

In addition to our own delivery service, we work together with professional parcel carriers. Your moss artwork is shipped carefully and includes a track and trace code. This allows you to easily follow your order from our atelier to your address.

The expected delivery time is clearly stated on each product page. On average, your moss artwork will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days after production has been completed. Because each moss artwork is handmade especially for you, the delivery time starts once the production process is finished. Orders with a frame can generally take longer due to the additional finishing process.

We do everything possible to deliver your moss artwork to your home or office as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. If you would like to receive your moss artwork sooner, it is also possible to collect your order by appointment in Asten.

For larger moss artworks, custom made pieces or extra delicate designs, we also offer personal delivery by our own team. This ensures maximum care, safety and optimal protection during transport.

Within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg, you benefit from free shipping on orders from € 75.00. For other countries, the shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, so you always have clear insight into the total costs in advance.
