Rent a MossBackdrop – the green eye-catcher for your event
Our MossBackdrop is the green highlight for every special occasion.
This freestanding wall makes an impression at weddings, photoshoots, corporate events, themed parties, trade shows, store and office openings, or even during a house party. The sturdy frame on the back ensures the panels fit together securely. The moss wall is easy to set up, modularly expandable, and just as quick to dismantle.
Thanks to the separate panels, the wall can also be placed in a corner setup or half-round. The subtle base makes the wall appear to float, eliminating the need for additional rear construction.
Rental Terms – MossBackdrop
Always contact us in advance to check availability.
Minimum rental period: 3 days
Example: need the wall on Tuesday? Then you can pick it up on Monday and return it on Wednesday.
Deposit:
The deposit will be refunded after inspection. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced additionally.
Insurance:
The MossBackdrop is not additionally insured by Mosschilderij BV. Make sure it is covered under your own event insurance.
Late return:
Late returns will be charged € 50 per extra day. This will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately (due to onward rental).
Pick-up and return:
We recommend picking up and returning the MossBackdrop yourself to save costs. Always coordinate pick-up and return in advance.
Delivery:
If we arrange delivery, this can be done via our own transport or a courier.
Note: due to limited availability, delivery dates must always be discussed in advance. Requested dates cannot be guaranteed and no rights can be derived from them.
Usage Guidelines

Features of the MossBackdrop

Made from a mix of reindeer moss and flat moss for a natural, luxurious look

The moss is 100% natural but no longer alive. It has been treated with salts to ensure it is fully fire-retardant, does not attract insects, and retains its fresh appearance. The wall also contributes to a pleasant acoustic environment.

By placing an order, Mosschilderij BV cannot be held liable for any incidents involving the MossBackdrop.
What you get when renting the MossBackdrop:
Option 1: 1.15 m wide x 2.37 m high → includes 2 feet and 2 panels of 1.15 x 1.15 m
Option 2: 2.30 m wide x 2.37 m high → includes 4 feet and 4 panels of 1.15 x 1.15 m
Option 3: 3.45 m wide x 2.37 m high → includes 6 feet and 6 panels of 1.15 x 1.15 m
Option 4: 4.60 m wide x 2.37 m high → includes 8 feet and 8 panels of 1.15 x 1.15 m
Assembly – easy step by step
General rule
Always build together → Ensure that setup is always done with 2 people.
Step 1 – Place the feet
Slide the two feet into the base tube.
Ensure they are perpendicular to the wall.
Step 2 – Stack the panels
Gently and evenly slide the top panel into the bottom one.
Do this at the same time to prevent jamming or misalignment.
Note: Coordinate well and watch your fingers during assembly.
The panels are numbered and matched per set:
1 + 2
3 + 4
5 + 6
7 + 8
Following this order ensures a continuous moss pattern.
Step 3 – Tight result
Slight seams may be visible. The closer the frames are placed together, the tighter the final result.
Tip: Use tie wraps on the back to connect frames for extra stability.
